To commemorate the 60th anniversary since its declaration, this is a celebration of the Children's Rights. In some parts of the world there are children who don't have access to schools, who don't have food to eat every day, who cannot go to the doctor if they get sick, or who are marginalized because they are different ... Why does this happen? I don't understand! ALL PEOPLE are different and that is what's cool about it! To try to fix that, a few people got together and thought about how they could protect children. This is how Children's Rights came to be. But be aware! For every right, we have at least one responsibility for all of us to be well.
