Description Mohammad Alla Aljaleel was an ambulance driver/operator. Rather than fleeing from his country's civil war, he chose to stay after realizing that there were many animals that would need his help. This is how Mohammad and a group of men built the Earnest Sanctuary for Stray Cats, which is kept active through donations from around the world. This sanctuary doesn't limit aid to cats; it also cares for dogs, donkeys, and owls in some of the world's most conflict-affected zones.
