Description George, aka "Suds" has just entered 3rd grade. He's heard the rhyme "first grade babies/second grade cats/third grade angels/fourth grade rats," but what does that mean for his school year? His teacher, Mr. Simms, will hold a competition every month to see which student will be awarded "the halo" for being kind to others and having the best behavior. Suds is determined to be the first to win the halo, but being good is harder than it sounds.
