United States Territories
Payment: Orders placed from a U.S. territory or a Department of Defense Education Activity, must be prepaid by check, wire transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
Shipping: Booksource will include free shipping to freight forwarders, domestic facilities or consolidators in the continental United States. If you do not have a forwarder, please contact [email protected] to discuss. We do not ship to FPO AP addresses.
Payment: Orders from Canada may be placed with a signed purchase order, check, wire transfer or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
Shipping: Direct shipping is available to Canada. Appropriate shipping, taxes and duties will be charged. These charges will be provided with a price quote prior to the order being placed. For more information, please contact [email protected].
